Iloperidone is a new-generation atypical antipsychotic agent, acting as a serotonin/dopamine (5-HT2A/D-2) antagonist, under development by Vanda Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other psychiatric conditions.
