Chemical Research Letters, May 2021. In classical electrochemical theory, both the electron transfer rate and the adsorption of reactants at the electrode control the electrochemical reaction. In an article, author is Newsome, Jeffery J., once mentioned the application of 75-98-9, Name is Pivalic acid, molecular formula is C5H10O2, molecular weight is 102.1317, MDL number is MFCD00004194, category is benzisoxazole. Now introduce a scientific discovery about this category, Electric Literature of 75-98-9.
A series of heterocyclic quinones based on benzofuran, benzothiophene, indazole and benzisoxazole has been synthesized, and evaluated for their ability to function as substrates for recombinant human NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase (NQO1), a two-electron reductase upregulated in tumor cells. Overall, the quinones are excellent substrates for NQO1, approaching the reduction rates observed for menadione. (C) 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
